We are so sure of the quality and accuracy of what we indicate that we offer you 15 working days to return it if it does not match the description. Therefore, we have a fast and efficient after-sales service to solve any problems that may arise.
All our items are guaranteed for 10 years against any manufacturing defects provided they have been used under normal conditions of use determined by the respective brands. The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- General damage caused by improper or abnormal use of the item, as well as scratches caused by normal use of the item.
- The falling, loss or breaking of set stones or other applied elements caused by normal bumps and scratches.
- Stains or changes in brightness on metals, stones, or other elements caused by external chemical agents.
The warranty does not cover compensation to the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property other than the product, or other damages arising from deterioration or loss of the product.

- Return process: Contact us to request the return or exchange and we will indicate the process to follow. Once the package is received, we will check the condition of the item and contact you again to validate the operation.
- If the item (not the wrapping or box) is broken during transport, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt (so that the transport company can take care of it) and we will replace it with another identical one, at no cost. If this is not possible, we will issue a credit to your account with us for an amount equal to the damaged item, to make the purchase of another item.
- If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we will take care of the return and subsequent shipment expenses.
- If the order is returned due to an error by the transport company, we will take care of the reshipment expenses. In the event that the logistics company has operated correctly, we will not take care of it.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons of the customer, they will be responsible for the return and reshipping expenses, if applicable. If the chosen new item is not in stock at that time, we will try to get it as soon as possible.
- We cannot accept as a return or exchange items that have been a special order, have been personalized, have undergone modifications, or if they have been ordered in a specific size.
- The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was received, within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the returned product.
- To make the exchange or return, send the item well packaged using any system of your trust (we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages of packages sent by customers) so that when we receive it, the item, tags, warranty, invoice or case are in perfect condition and show no signs of use or damage.
- We reserve the right to demand compensation for possible damages suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return. Returns that do not follow the return procedure will not be accepted and, unfortunately, will be returned at the customer's expense.
- We will not accept shipments at the Customer's Service expense if it has not been previously agreed with the Customer Service department.
